About
Hello! My name is Grace. By day, I’m an art director at a big bank. I’ve worked as a graphic designer in advertising, digital and even for a mobile tech company in Hong Kong way back in 2002 (Pre-iphone era!) By night, I draw and paint. I’ve always loved to draw from as early as I can remember picking up a crayon and drawing at the family coffee table. I like the cute and the weird, obsess over type, make lists for everything, and am always on the look out for the perfect black pen. I like to mix hand-drawn details with digital illustration.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Art from Queen’s University specializing in painting and print-making, and studied design at Sheridan College. I live in Toronto, Canada with my firefighting hubby and two rambunctious, not-so-little girls – my biggest inspiration.
